Hi, my name is Esthefany Fraser (Teffy).
I’m a holistic therapist on a mission to help you feel your best, both physically and mentally.
I was looking for help, just like you. I sought out various holistic therapies in search of healing and transformation. When I witnessed the incredible results firsthand, I knew I had to share these powerful tools with others. That’s why I decided to become a holistic therapist myself, specializing in the very therapies that had brought me such a profound transformation physically and mentally.

Access Bars® is a powerful tool that can help you create positive change and achieve greater levels of well-being. My one-day master class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of Access Bars® and equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to start running bars for others right away. In just 8 hours, you will learn the theory behind Access Bars® and you will have plenty of opportunity to practice and receive a session of bars yourself.
During the Master Class, you will learn how to:
- Access the 32 points on the head that correspond to different areas of our life.
- Clear the energy blocks.
- Connect with others in a deep and meaningful way.
- Promote relaxation, healing, and well-being.
- Increased awareness for yourself and others.
How does this work?
Attend an One-Day Access Bars® Class
In this one-day class (8 hours long), you will learn the fundamentals of Access Bars® and receive hands-on training from Teffy , a certified instructor. You will also receive a comprehensive manual that will help you better understand the practice.
Receive a Certification
After completing the class, you will receive a certification as an Access Bars® practitioner, and you can charge for giving Bars to others. But you don’t have to make it your profession, you can run bars on your children, spouse, friends ,etc, as an act of giving.
Get ongoing Support
You will join a global community of Access Bars® Practitioners who share your passion and commitment to personal and global transformation. You can find support and motivation as you progress on your path as an Access Bars® Practitioner.
